Customer service was excellent. Spoke with Ivy about getting a refund since I didn’t end up needing to use my day pass. It was extremely easy - Ivy was very understanding and helpful! Great experience and would 10/10 use this space if I actually need to next time.

The Pearl Works is a great place to work. From day one, everyone has been friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The location is very convenient and central, with plenty of great cafés and places to eat within walking distance. Parking is also easy and right next to the building, which is a big plus. The workspace is always clean, the internet is fast, and there’s a good mix of private spaces when you need to focus and community areas when you want to interact with others. Coffee and tea are always available, so there’s no need to run out and buy them. The members are friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere makes it an enjoyable place to work. Great pricing, great amenities, and a very comfortable work environment. I had a great experience and will definitely be using The Pearl Works again very soon. Highly recommend!
