This place is so well-decorated with great interior design. We just hosted an AI Startup event here. If one thing could be improved, it would be that the sound system's volume is a bit low. Other than that, everything is good, and the staff here — Ami and Sage were very friendly and helpful while running the event.

I don't usually write Google reviews, but this is by far the best coworking space I've experienced. I'm a startup founder who works quite often from Canopy, and it's been a life-changer for me. It's a gorgeous spot with amazing staff (Joy and Mercia are literally the best and help you with anything), and the location is perfect. I generally park at Caltrain right next door (super cheap parking), grab Proper (super healthy food to snag for breakfast and in between meetings), and then cowork in the community table space. They have two dedicated areas: one where you can be loud and gather as a team, and another that's quiet for individuals. I use both, and super appreciate that Joy and Mercia (kindly) enforce the quiet space so you can get real work done. They also have phone booths and conference rooms you can use as well. I should probably also mention they have a gym that's absurdly nice (every machine you can imagine, in great condition, yet not crowded given it's limited to Springline and Canopy folks). Just a super incredible space all around. Highly recommend.

I’ve booked several events at CANOPY Menlo Park now, and every experience has been wonderful. The team is incredibly easy to work with, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Anytime I’ve had a question or an issue come up, they’ve been able to solve it ridiculously fast, which is invaluable when you’re coordinating an event. They’ve also been incredibly helpful with on-site catering and all of the little logistical details that can make event planning stressful. Ami in particular is absolutely fabulous. She is so helpful, responsive, and wonderful to work with, and has made every event I’ve booked here feel easy. The space itself is beautiful, but the customer service is really what keeps me coming back. I would absolutely recommend CANOPY Menlo Park for meetings, events, or team gatherings, and I’ll definitely continue booking here in the future.

Absolutely love working here and makes my remote position feel more balanced! Huge shout out to Joy for helping me get my bearings and for always being willing to assist with introductions. Be sure to ask for Joy during onboarding. Great space & amenities!

Rude and inconsiderate staff. I came in intending to purchase a membership and start using it right away, but was told that activation would take 3 days, so the staff directed me to sit in the common area while I joined an important video meeting. The space was empty, so I sat in a quiet corner and assumed it would be ok for a short meeting. But even though the staff could clearly see that I was on a video call, they stood directly next to me, talking loudly, laughing, and decorating the area immediately behind me. At one point, I could see someone climbing on the wall behind me on my screen. I understand that this was a common area, but the room was large and mostly empty. It would have been considerate to wait a few minutes or begin decorating another part of the space instead of creating noise and distractions directly around someone who was visibly in a meeting. As I was leaving, I felt that staff were laughing about the situation, which made me feel unwelcome. I came prepared to become a paying member, but after this experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Canopy Menlo Park provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Canopy Menlo Park may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • To truly understand what Canopy Menlo Park has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Canopy Menlo Park.
