Rude and inconsiderate staff. I came in intending to purchase a membership and start using it right away, but was told that activation would take 3 days, so the staff directed me to sit in the common area while I joined an important video meeting. The space was empty, so I sat in a quiet corner and assumed it would be ok for a short meeting. But even though the staff could clearly see that I was on a video call, they stood directly next to me, talking loudly, laughing, and decorating the area immediately behind me. At one point, I could see someone climbing on the wall behind me on my screen. I understand that this was a common area, but the room was large and mostly empty. It would have been considerate to wait a few minutes or begin decorating another part of the space instead of creating noise and distractions directly around someone who was visibly in a meeting. As I was leaving, I felt that staff were laughing about the situation, which made me feel unwelcome. I came prepared to become a paying member, but after this experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

We hosted a small event of about 50 people here last Friday, and the experience was excellent. The staff were very supportive, and the event turned out to be great. I especially want to thank Ami. When we couldn’t find the name tags at the last minute, she found us some from their office. She also took care of the items I accidentally left behind after the event. Communication was always timely, clear, and professional : ) Highly recommend this venue!

Our Stanford Program recently hosted a social event at CANOPY and we really can't recommend the space or staff more. Not only is it a beautiful thoughtful space amazing for co-working set-up, socials or events but the staff were an absolute pleasure to work with - handled made the event set up and logistics seamless. For anyone looking for a co-working space in Menlo Park or an event space CANOPY will not disappoint you. - highly recommended!

We hosted an event at CANOPY Menlo Park and had an excellent experience. The venue is modern and bright and its location is also very convenient, with onsite parking. Ami and Aimee were professional, attentive, and highly responsive throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. Every detail was handled smoothly, which made the event seamless and enjoyable for our speakers and guests. The catering was also very well done, with quality offerings that our attendees appreciated. We would absolutely recommend CANOPY Menlo Park.

We recently held a college alumni event at Canopy and, once again, the staff and venue were excellent. Not only was the team flexible and easy to work with on the day of the event, they were proactive and straight-forward in the weeks and months leading up to the event. Thank you!!!
