Keith and Joseph were great! I was in a jam and needed an affordable office space for my team's offsite, and BizHaus Marina Del Rey came through :) Booking with them was seamless, and the check-in and access instructions were super clear and easy to follow. I booked a day pass at BizHaus Marina del Rey while I was in town for work, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. From the initial call to get information, Joe was responsive, clear, and made sure I had everything I needed before I even arrived. Access to the space was extremely easy: I received detailed instructions with the building keypad code, directions to the suite, and a QR code that let me unlock the BizHaus door without any hassle. Once inside, everything was set up for productivity—fast Wi‑Fi, clear directions to the conference room, restrooms, printer, and kitchen, plus little touches like complimentary Nespresso and filtered water. Joe went above and beyond throughout my visit, checking in by email and making sure I understood how to use the space and extend my access when my travel plans changed. As someone who manages operations in hospitality, I really appreciate how smooth and well thought-out their process is; it let me focus on my work instead of logistics. I’d absolutely use BizHaus MDR again the next time I’m in the area and highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable, professional shared workspace.

Keith hooked me up with a private office for a meeting on short notice as I passed through the area. Very helpful and quick. Although I wasn't there long, BizHaus itself is quite inviting and had lots of light. I would definitely recommend and would love to be back.
