Right where Echo Park meets Silver Lake and Downtown LA, our newest spot brings the Groundfloor community to a beautifully renovated industrial loft. The 10,000 square foot space keeps the building’s character–exposed brick, big windows, and great architectural details–while adding everything you need to work and hang out. There’s plenty of room to find your perfect spot, plus a sunny outdoor terrace when you need some fresh air.

Just a great community workspace. Much warmer than other coworking spaces I've belonged to, and yet you can still settle in and get focused work done. A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Ground floor. I came for the work energy but fell in love with the community. I love how easily I can pop outside for a workout. Get my daily social dose in the kitchen, be Zen in the yoga room as needed. It's been a game-changer for my work and overall peace. Grateful to have found this place!

A standout coworking space with a truly welcoming community atmosphere. The environment is relaxed yet productive, with great design and thoughtful touches that make it feel comfortable — almost like working at a friend’s home. The real highlight, however, is the community. Highly recommend for anyone seeking both professional focus and a supportive, social work environment. They do a fantastic job of curating their community events calendar - it's superb!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Groundfloor Los Angeles is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Groundfloor, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
