Terrible service. Regus has been a huge disappointment. Their customer support almost never responds, and when they do, they are not helpful at all. There are many unclear and hidden fees that are never mentioned upfront. You only find out about them later when you receive unexpected invoices. Requests and questions are constantly ignored, sometimes for weeks. There is no transparency, no accountability, and absolutely no customer care. I do not recommend Regus to anyone looking for honest pricing and reliable support.

Marla was wonderful to work with and the meeting space was fabulous. Also, the view of the city outside of the windows from our meeting space was a spectacular Do you bonus. I highly recommend this business. So accommodating!
