Absolutely the worst place to open an office! MINUS FIVE STARS! Try to cancel after your contract ends and the nightmare begins! False, inaccurate, fabricated and deceptive information over the phone making you believe that after a year you are finally free from this horrible place! Endless emails with the office manager Amberley (must document everything with them) resulting more disinformation. She informed me that they communicate with internal emails and I cannot have a copy/proof of their communication. The internal correspondence took two in a half months for negative response based on 5 days late email (the phone cancelation a month before doesn’t count). Be aware if you don’t read the reviews and ever sign with them you need a legal help to free yourself!

hi everyone. i want to warn everyone that i have not been refunded my deposit for 4 months. the previous manager did not apply for approval of the refund. there is complete chaos here UPD: They lied to me for 5 months and returned the amount after the trial began. They deducted the repairs for something they didn't do and as if I refused, a month late, but I didn't want to. This is a scam and I will fight to the end. support is not working, no one is answering. you blocked me, don't forget!)

Dishonest and scammers that are very bad intentioned. Do not sign an agreement with them, save yourself the trouble and get with alternative solutions that have honest policies and actually try to serve their tenants as opposed to extract and scam.

Regus: A Nightmare Leasing Experience Leasing an office at Regus has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of others considering their services. 1. **Ego-Centric and Infantile Staff:** The staff at Regus exhibit an alarming level of ego-centric behavior and infantile responses. Requests are met with unnecessary resistance, and professionalism seems to be a rare commodity among the team. 2. **Contracts with Building Management to Lie:** It's disheartening to discover that Regus has contracts with building management to propagate lies on their behalf. This deceitful practice undermines trust and transparency, creating an environment where tenants are left in the dark. 3. **Zero Problem Resolution:** Regus fails miserably in problem resolution. Issues are not addressed promptly, and the lack of accountability exacerbates the challenges faced by tenants. It's a frustrating cycle of problems with no effective resolution in sight. 4. **Sensitive Staff Blocking Guest Access:** The staff, seemingly sensitive to any request, resort to blocking guest and client access. This unprofessional behavior not only hampers business operations but reflects poorly on the company's commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workspace. 5. **Putting Staff and Leasers in Danger:** A disturbing revelation is the blatant disregard for safety. Regus appears to cover up situations that put both staff and leasers in potential danger. This is an unacceptable practice that compromises the well-being of everyone involved. In conclusion, my experience with Regus has been nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to avoid this company like the plague. There are far better and more reputable options available that prioritize professionalism, transparency, and the safety of their tenants. #RegusNightmare #AvoidRegus #WorstOfficeLeasingExperience
