These idiots keep charging me on a cancelled account and had the audacity to send it to a collections agency which is now threatening legal action! They should not even have access to my information anymore. I deleted my account (which they make very difficult to do, you can only do it through the app). They kept sending invoices that I cant view because I dont have login credentials. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I CANCELLED BECAUSE MY BALANCE INCREASED RANDOMLY EACH MONTH. STARTED OFF AROUND $60 AND WENT OVER $100 FOR NO ADDITIONAL SERVICES. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

DO NOT- I REPEAT- DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY. I hate writing negative reviews and would only do it if it’s absolutely deserved…. And in this case it 100% is. As soon as I signed up, I was unable to pay normally on their website and app due to an error on their end. Due to this, I was unable to view my balance online so I had to contact the office every single month to determine what my bill was. The invoices were so confusing and I had to enter my bank account information manually via a link to pay my monthly dues. Because of this non user friendly process as well as charging multiple months upfront at a time, I mistakenly was off 75 cents one month. This led to a 35$ late fee that the center said they would take care of (which they did not), which spiraled into my entire account being cancelled which I had to find out about myself- no notification from the Regus team. Depsite my account being cancelled due to the “lack of payment”, I was STILL receiving invoices on my cancelled account! What happened to all the business mail I received during this period, was it just thrown out??!!! Not only is this EXTREMELY disruptive to my business, it’s completely absurd that I have to go through multiple levels of customer service and contacts to try and get this resolved, only to now be getting emails from a debt collector months later for bills they are STILL charging me unjustly even though they cancelled my account months ago with ZERO notice due to being 75 CENTS off one bill from their entire platforms lack of performance that I brought up to them months ago and continued to bring up every month and never has been corrected. Another woman I spoke to had a similar experience and like me, completely wrecked her credit score unjustly. In addition to the payment issues, I had my wallet stolen out of my backpack while I was in the bathroom / filling up my water for less than 10 minutes by either cleaning crew or another Regus member. If you are a small business just starting out, Regus will destroy you. IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND CREDIT SCORE STAY FAR AWAY FROM REGUS

Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
