It was a bad experience with Regis as they tried to charge me wrong , unpleasant experience with Regis. I don’t require virtual office , they would try to push u to sign the agreement so they can sue u legally and extract more money from u ! I am not going to pay this $4152 For what ??? I just used 1 month and paid for it further I am not going to pay for unnecessary charges

Cheryl and Franchesica have been absolutely amazing. From the start, they have been so helpful, caring, respectful, and supportive. They do much more than just handle the day to day. They genuinely make you feel like family, and that kind of warmth is hard to find. Every interaction with them has been pleasant and professional. They are always kind, patient, and ready to help with anything that comes up. You can tell they truly care about the people here and take pride in making sure everyone feels comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of. Because of Cheryl and Franchesica, my experience with Regus has been a great one. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and sincere support make a huge difference. It is rare to come across people who are this thoughtful and consistent, and they deserve to be recognized. I highly recommend this Regus location because of the excellent service they provide.

A number of tenants had their locked offices burglarized on our floor. Come to find out that Regus allowed a former tenant to have a master key. That tenant was later evicted, yet still accessed the floor months after he was evicted. The police then found him with the master key in his possession. Regus did nothing to compensate the tenants who were burglarized or even show any sympathy. To the contrary, several of us have had our rent raised. Regus never even bothered to change the locks after this occurred. I should also note that our beverage vending machine caught fire a few years ago and has yet to be replaced. We had two snack vending machines, but one was taken away due to theft and the other is empty with nothing to purchase. The dishwasher also regular broke this past year as did our water filter.

SCAM. Even if you want to cancel anytime after the initial one-year contract that you have signed with them, they still lock you in for another full year. For instance, if you decide to cancel four months after your initial one-year term, you would still be required to pay for the remaining nine months. They automatically renew your contract without clearly informing you, hiding these terms in a separate tiny link in the agreement. Never told you from the very beginning at all. This deceptive practice is a scam, and I strongly advise against engaging with them.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At Regus - Century City, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Regus - Century City is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
