It has been rough customer service, starting from when no one showed up for my tour—I waited alone in the entry for 15 min, and the sales lead only came out after I emailed him being like hello? (I’d texted the customer service number, which had contacted me earlier, after waiting like 7 min, but they didn’t respond. Finally I searched for the sales lead’s email.) Also, someone had to say yes to the doorman to let me up, so they knew I had arrived, so, wth? Overall the sales lead has been really bad, and I feel disrespected by him. I’m still waiting to hear from him on something he or the system messed up, still can’t get a contract until he responds. I’m finally giving up, complaining here, and moving on. There’s more, but I won’t rant. I just expect good customer service if I’m supposed to pay $725/mo for this place. I’m trying a different location now that does not have that same sales lead. Hoping he’s the problem, not Industrious as a whole.
