Irvine Virtual Office used to be an OK virtual office service, but about a month ago after ordering new business checks and never receiving them, I realized that in addition to losing mail, you also cannot get a hold of anyone in the company anymore. I tried calling during business hours and only got a voice mail, left a message but no-one called back, emailed their support email address but no-one replied, and opened two support tickets with no response to either. After over 3 weeks of not hearing back I finally gave up, accepted the financial loss from several months of service I'll never receive (I had prepaid for full 12 months), and started moving my business elsewhere. Just sharing this experience so no-one else would make the mistake of signing up with a company that doesn't seem to even exist anymore.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR ADDRESS!! This place IS A SCAM. I used them for over 6 months and did NOT receive any mail from them when I was expecting many pieces of mail from banks and even checks. I never received them even though they were sent. I CALLED MANY TIMES too and nothing was ever uploaded. Please use any OTHER place for your address but this place. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM. AND YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY OF YOUR MAIL.

Very very hard to reach to you guys. I called so many times to cancel my order. I sent so many emails to you but nobody responded 🙄🙄. Finally they shipped my package 😡and double charged too ..
