It's been 7 weeks since we vacated and we haven't gotten our deposit back. Only way to communicate is via email and customer service and accounting keep giving me the run around. Makes me think that they're going out of business and trying to avoid paying out

We have been with Cubework for the last year and have had only good experience. Location is nice and clean. Ray the manager is awesome. Access 24-7- great Location and Security which is so IMPORTANT.

Witt Capital Advisors has been a Licensee of Cubework in Irvine for the past five years. The location at 2323 Main Street (northeast corner of Von Karman and Main Street is convenient, close to area restaurants, John Wayne Airport and other services for small businesses. The premises are secure and well managed. Office space is clean and well-maintained. There is a good mix of businesses at the facility and access is available 24-7. Special events for licensees are staged occasionally and management makes a genuine effort to accommodate tenants.

I have been a tenant or Licensee as they call us for almost 6 years. The management has been top notch and the operations manager(Ray)_ at Irvine where I have my Business has always helped me out!
