Took a tour today and it was so awesome exploring the building! I loved it:) Our guides were so cool:) We saw areas no one has seen...secret doors 👀 Lofts are now $2,400.. but so worth with the phenomenal views😍 15 stories. Workspace floor. Hair salon that turns into a church. Bar on the 2nd floor. Ballroom on the 1st floor. Underground parking. Underground vault that is now a theater room🤩 You can rent that area for parties! This building used to be a bank! They have kept it as original as possible. Doesn't feel like you're in Fresno and you've traveled to the past😆 I want to live here!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Pacific Southwest Building and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.

  • Please reach out to Pacific Southwest Building for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Pacific Southwest Building.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
