  The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

  A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

  It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, My Other Office may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  My Other Office has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with My Other Office.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions.
