This place is exactly what I was looking for. Great office environment, cool location, nice amenities, and very friendly tenants. Megan (office manager) and staff have been amazing and always making sure the office is clean and well kept, and that everyone is having a good experience. Highly recommend.

CommonGrounds’ commitment to excellence is abundantly clear. They are located a short walk from the ocean, in a safe area with ample and well-lit parking. Once inside, you immediately feel the warmth radiating from brand new furniture, the modern design, and good vibes. Floor-to-ceiling windows, surrounding nearly the entire building, are responsible for the workplace always being sun soaked. The amenities are unmatched. Business features including conference rooms with TVs & webcams, a CG mobile application, blazing fast Wi-Fi (~150mb/s down, ~140mb/s up), mail services, competitive pricing, and the list goes on. Comfort perks such as: a communal kitchen with new appliances, kombucha on tap, large refrigerators, private outdoor fitness area, and lockers/showers. Steps from the main entrance is a fantastic coffee shop, Invita. Try the ‘shakerato’ or the avo-toast for lunch — you will not be disappointed! Those benefits aside, what truly makes CG such a special place is the People! I’ve connected with so many members, shared laughs, and garnered lasting relationships - business and personal. Gloria, an indispensable CG staff member, comes in each morning with a smile on her face and an unparalleled attention to detail. Largely thanks to her: the kitchen is always spotless, my desk wiped clean every morning, garbage emptied nightly, conference rooms organized, and so much more. Gloria has gone so above and beyond that she has even prepared homemade food and shared it with me. Estefan is the heart of this office. You’re guaranteed a friendly greeting from him each time you arrive. He works nonstop to plan CG events, answer questions, or help resolve issues for other members. Estefan’s fantastic prioritization skills, recall ability, and cool head under pressure make it possible for him to always be there for you, should you ever need him. Estefan makes it clear that his number one priority is a positive experience for every member, all the time. You will not find quality or value of this caliber anywhere else. Thanks to CG, when I arrive each morning, I am met with positive energy and smiling faces from the members and staff. It serves as my first reminder of the day, that a day here is a day well spent.
