I missed it at first but once I found it I was happy.. the color scheme inside is very very nice and happens to have one of my very favorite colors (teal) in it and the new carpet smell has inspired me to work on getting ours replaced at home. 50 years is long enough!!!

Small Biz Watch Out! You’ve got no place at REGUS. They advertise 24/7 flexible workspace, but even when you’re renting a PRIVATE office, they don’t like to see you working late. Fellow tenants are very keen on complaining just about every little thing to property management via email; no-one talks things out or tries to find out the truth. Lastly they terminate your contract, charge you a $4.5/sqft restoration fee, that your sales manager did not mention when you signed the contract. And, your move in costs are: The deposit is 2x the monthly rent, plus your first month rent, plus key charges. And when they terminate your contract prematurely on some bogus accusations, you won’t get the chance to set things strait and they won’t refund your deposit; but they will send you the rrestauration fee invoice via your online account portal. I say: Stay way from REGUS, I don’t know about other international office space methods; but these guys are money-grabbing and should be illegal.

Regus is a company that will take advantage of you at every possible opportunity. Their pricing scheme is a bait-and-switch tactic, and you need to be on the look out for hidden costs and hazards. Here are a few examples and there are many other similar comments on Yelp. • When I negotiated the rent, I thought I had a reasonable price but they structured the deal as a high base price and then a discount for the lease period. • The result of this “discount” was that upon my renewal they increased my rent by +36% and were not accommodating with a new discount because they thought I was a captive audience. • Note that the lease auto-renews 3 months before the term expires at the base rate, but thankfully I was on the lookout, or I would have been caught in the +36% price trap. • There is absolutely no cancelation policy within the contract term, you are on the hook. • In addition, buried in the “House Rules” addendum to the contract is a fixed rate cleaning fee of $1.5 per Sq Ft and no matter the condition of the rental you will be charged that fee. • This is a straight scam, as when I moved in the office was filthy and damaged. It took them months to clean the unit and I left it pristine, so I’m not sure where my money went. • Lastly the deposit return is 30-45 days from exit, which seems utterly ridiculous once you have paid a mandatory cleaning fee on a separate invoice. It is just one more excuse to abuse you a final time. What exacerbates all the predatory policies above is their terrible customer service. They are unwilling to listen to any objections or concerns, and instead play a game of routing you between the local branch and the corporate hotline. Each will claim the other is the responsible party until you give up in frustration, which is a wonderful business model if you intend on exploiting people.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At Regus - Cornerstone Corporate, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Regus - Cornerstone Corporate operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
