The space: an extremely hot room baking in the sun. They didn’t repair the air conditioning for weeks. Then when it came time to leave, they charged my credit card for two extra months. Then the worst part, even with a month to month arrangement, they had the nerve to make up a bs story that I owe them for some restoration charge even tho I had left for a real office I rented. I am a good size business with multiple locations all over California, but have never had such a horrible experience with shady money grubbing bunch of backwoods, sneaky thieves! They owe me $4000 in extra fees they took on a month to month rental. It is deposit money they sneak in between the lines. But to add insult to injury, the fake restoration charges and late fees a month after leaving? Just too much. Do yourself a favor and stay far from this disgusting business Debra L Winegarden, PhD CEO MINDDIVERS.
