Warning to anyone considering leasing with Regus or HQ: stay away. We called to cancel our lease and instead of processing the cancellation, they auto-renewed our space for an additional 6 months without our consent. This is an unethical business practice that should be a dealbreaker for any prospective tenant. On top of that, their customer service is nearly impossible to reach when you need to resolve issues. We’ve since learned we’re not alone — this appears to be a pattern with both Regus and HQ. Do your research before signing anything with this company. The fine print and the way they handle cancellations is designed to trap you. We wish we had looked into the reviews more carefully before signing.

I love this place. Staff is excellent and personable and the space is kept very clean.

The facility and everyone is good . Only issue is that they will believe the old staff over something and will terminate, you won’t give you a chance to explain worked for few days and has this issue.
