Everything about this place is wonderful, except the internet speeds. It's fine for basic email and zoom calls, but if you have needs go beyond basic DSL level speeds, it's not going to go so well. Staff at this location are great, but the higher ups at the central office seem to simply not care about this issue regardless of how often people complain. After going back and forth with the IT department for the last week, they basically just said, "Well, but what do you NEED faster internet for?" I give up.

My company was one of the first tenants here and I truly don't know if we'll ever leave. The space itself is perfect. You have phone booths, conference rooms, conversation spaces, a nice balcony with an 8th floor view on either side of the building, and it doesn't feel too "officey". The amenities help a ton. The wi-fi is great, unlimited printing, snacks, drinks, coffee (Both hot and coldbrew), light meals prepared by the staff for breakfast and lunch, fruit, and even a cleaning service that empties your office's garbage for you. The space is always kept clean and stocked, and you feel like you're being taken care of every day. And then there's the staff. The staff are what truly separate this space from not only other coworking spaces, but even other industrious locations. Don't know what Industrious does in their training program or if they put something in the water, but EVERY SINGLE staff member throughout the years has been PHENOMENAL. Now look, I love mandarins. I currently eat about 5 of those suckers a day. Stephanie and Armando will literally hand deliver me mandarins when the shipment comes in for the week. They will go out of their busy way to make sure that I get to eat some mandarins for the day. I never asked them or never told them to, they just noticed that I love mandarins and made sure that I get them. In all my 25 years of living, I can count on my fingers the amount of times I have received such a high level of service with that attention to detail. I feel like royalty when I come into the office. Having a space here is worth every penny.

We LOVE Industrious Tempe! We’re a brand new church and being able to have office space that accommodates so many of our needs is a gift! The location (24/7 parking garage is a major bonus!) and amenities (gym, mail/package service, printing/paper services, and conference/quiet/focus rooms) are incredibly helpful. Steph and Armando are UNMATCHED in hospitality and care - always ready to step in and help with anything, and always with joy. They have helped create such a welcoming, friendly, fun workspace culture and we’re so thankful to be part of it!

A very fun place to have an office for our team. Armando and Steph are amazing, take concerns seriously and address them right away when brought to their attention. The breakfast and snack perks are great, everything is kept clean and sanitary. The views are great and so are the people!
