Outstanding service and care! Esthela at the front desk is exceptionally helpful and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The space itself is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It's a great environment to focus and be productive. Highly recommend!

EDIT 9/3/25: Regus is trying to incentivize me to remove my review by offering to waive their $496.85 “restoration fee” - this also goes against Google’s ToS for their review policy. They said if I remove it, they’ll waive the fee. EDIT 8/11/25: After posting this review, Regus admitted in writing that they never explained the 2× rent deposit, confirmed the automatic coffee charge isn’t disclosed in the contract, and acknowledged the internet and HVAC issues. Those problems were never resolved during my lease, and no compensation was ever offered. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: I've already talked to them, they won't take accountability. Your in-person team is blocked by corporate. It's a systemic issue with your company. Regus: A Masterclass in Inconsistency and Avoidance I’ve been a tenant at Regus for 18 months. If I had to sum up my experience in one word, it would be: inconsistent. If I had more words, I’d go with: untransparent, unresponsive, and unapologetic. Let’s start with the basics. CONTRACT & BILLING: The contract terms were unclear from the beginning. You’d think your rent is due on the 1st of the month, right? Nope. It’s due about two weeks before the start of each new month—something that was never clearly disclosed during the sales process. Then there’s the security deposit. I was charged a deposit equal to three months' rent, again with no clear explanation until after the fact. When I asked about it, I was told, “It’s our policy.” Great. I love mystery policies buried somewhere in fine print. Also, unless you explicitly opt out on day one, they automatically enroll you in a paid coffee membership, which is conveniently not disclosed in the initial agreement. Imagine being billed for lattes you didn’t even sip. SERVICES PROMISED VS. DELIVERED: I moved in ready to work—only to be told the internet didn’t work. One day? Sure, things happen. But two weeks without internet in a coworking space designed for remote professionals? That’s a major failure in delivering basic utility. Then there was the air conditioning. My office was consistently over 80 degrees for about five months. I repeatedly asked for a fix. The response was either silence or vague promises. Turns out, there was a damper next door that was closed the entire time, blocking air from reaching my office. Even after that was discovered, the airflow was still erratic and hot air kept blowing in. I requested a concession—anything. Waived coffee? A partial rent credit? I was told no. Not once was I offered any compensation for paying for services that weren’t being delivered. THE TRAP OF LEASE RENEWALS: Why did I stay for so long? Simple: Regus requires a 90-day written notice before the end of your term to avoid renewal. Every time the deadline crept up, I looked for other offices but couldn’t justify paying double rent for three months. It’s a smart business model—for them. Eventually, I took the financial hit and moved out. And just before I left, they attempted to raise my rent from $850 to $1,100, despite never resolving the AC issue during most of my time there. CONSTRUCTION BONUS ROUND: In true Regus fashion, they sent an email saying there’d be construction downstairs only on August 2 and 16. But by July 31 at 5:45 PM, I was serenaded by the sound of grinding metal and what can only be described as competitive stomp dancing under my floor. This continued unannounced, of course. THE ONE BRIGHT SPOT: The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is Esthella, the current on-site manager. She’s professional, responsive, and clearly too good for the organization. She was the first person in over a year who actually helped fix the AC issue. Regus should be paying her triple. Final Thoughts: Regus can run their business however they want, but from a consumer standpoint, this experience felt predatory, negligent, and dismissive. If you're considering Regus, read every line of the contract, get all promises in writing, and be prepared to fight for basic services. Oh—and Google “Regus lawsuit.” I did. Turns out, I’m not alone
