I had the pleasure of leasing a suite from Donna at this location for several years. Donna has been a wonderful landlord to work with. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an executive suites rental. I found the pricing to be very fair. Some amenities are free of charge.

The Business Office Suites at Kierland is a great facility in a wonderful location with easy access to major roads. The facilities are modern and well maintained. There is a well equipped conference room, perfect for both on site meetings/training and teleconferencing. The offices are quiet, and there is plenty of parking on site. I have also found that the owner is attentive and responsive. I highly recommend the Business Office Suites at Kierland.

I have been a tenant for more than 2 years and love my space. The location is close to high traffic areas and convenient to get to. Parking is always available for my clients. Access to the fully equipped conference room is great for larger meetings. The space is beautifully maintained and Donna is an engaged and caring landlord. I highly recommend Business Office Suites at Kierland .

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Business Office Suites.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
