I had to finish my degree at another university because they somehow cannot not correct an administrative glitch from when I was on medical leave after a motorcycle accident. They say I owe them $15,000 for a semester that I officially medically withdrew from. The bureaucratic runaround trying to correct the issue was exhausting and a total dead end. After dozens of hours working on this I decided to find another school to finish my degree. ASU does not care about students. They care about money. Period. They are causing harm to the community with their culture of disinterested administrators, contradictory information, and innavigable bureaucracy. There is no personalization, compassion, or interest in individual success. The advisors are a joke. And if there’s an administrative issue to work out, brace yourself for a challenge. The people lost in the cracks of this toxic institution are the ones with the least amount of resources to make it right. I am an immigrant who comes from a family with no formal education. I was new to the world of academia and all I needed was some care and guidance. A place of learning is meant to fill you with hope and promise, but this institution made me feel powerless, hopeless and angry.

I stay at one of the apartments near Native American Connections near 2nd Ave by the Asu Downtown dorms. I was wondering if they had a program for one of your level 4 Asu programs at our apartments. Because, I see a lot of your students in my apartment complex ?👹

Um not sure who is doing the advertisements for ASU…. But “2 in the pink, 1 in the stink” doesn’t make me wanna take this school seriously. I grew up in Arizona, so go ASU! Hahaaaaa
