AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We've had nothing but issues and Spaces never responds. They don't return phone calls or emails. The sales rep does the same after lying to sell you an office. I have an appointment this afternoon with our lawyer in hopes they will finally respond to our issues. If that seems crazy to you, IT IS. We've lost thousands of dollars in hours our employees arrive and can't work and equipment to work remotely when they cannot safely use the office. The last straw was today when construction material fell through the ceiling while an employee was reporting an issue to the front desk (who never do anything anyway).

Cons: 1) They Charge 2 Months Rent upfront as a Retainer when you sign. This is in addition to your 1st Months Rent. The retainer isn't refunded until 30 day after you move out. 2) They Charge a significant non-refundable activation fee upfront when you sign. 3) Monthly Rent is due on the 15th of the prior month. Smallest offices start at over $500 per month for 74 sq. ft. 4) They increase your rent by at-least 4.7% annually even if you have a long-term lease agreement. 5) They charge a $4.75 per square foot restoration fee when you move out, even if you leave the place immaculate. 6) Your lease will automatically renew if you don't provide them with 3 months notice on leases greater than 3 months, 2 months notice on 3 months leases, and 1 months notice on month-to-month leases. 7) If you don't set-up auto-pay, they will charge you an additional retainer fee that's significant. 8) They Charge for the use of their copying and printing 9) They Charge for parking Pros: 1) Nice clean office space 2) Nice friendly receptionist and office staff 3) Good central location 4) Internet, Electric, Water, AC Included 5) Professional Presence 6) Ability to use your membership at other locations nationwide 7) After hours access 8) Responsive front desk staff 9) Secure Space I do not recommend signing a long term lease with this company based on the Cons. It's better to pay a little more month-to-month, rather than being "Nickle and Dimed" with surprise charges along the way, and there is nothing you can do because you are locked into a long term lease.

This place is terrible. I rented an office before it was open, During the time it took to open the place my needs changed and I never moved in and they keep charging me. They basically told me to bad your stuck.

I signed a contract on July 7th. 2025. However, my contract is dated July 1st. 2025. I moved in on August 1st. The place is nice, but the rent is expensive, and you are required to pay a 2-month retaining fee equal to the monthly rent. After, I signed the contract, they sent a welcome email stating that the invoices are due 15 days before rent IS DUE. I was not aware of that, nor would I have agreed to those terms. One of my first questions I had when I met with Seth/the salesperson that I worked with, was whether the rent was payable on the 1st of the month. I have an email with additional questions I asked and the answers I received. For example, I was told the air conditioner is on from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, but that is not the case because they shut it off at 5:30 pm. He said that the air conditioner is on on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, and that is not the case either, because I have paid for the air conditioner on Saturdays when I came to work. It is September 17th, and I was told I have incurred a late fee for not paying October's rent on time. I have been hounded with collection emails and by messages given to my employees. I contacted the office manager and requested the contact information for the corporate office and/or the name of her supervisor. Instead, I was told that she cannot share it with me because I will get the same answer she has given me. I have to pay my invoice by the latest the 20th, even if it is not late, and even if I do not agree. Not to mention, the other issues I have encountered: the air conditioner broke, and I worked at a 97-degree temperature for a full day with clients in my office; the coffee machine is broken 50% of the time, and I am paying a monthly fee for coffee. I complained about the cleaning services, my office was not clean the first week I moved in, and now it is clean when they feel it needs it, but I was told it included the cleaning. I have a damaged ceiling tile, and nothing has been done about it; the problem has been ignored. I wish I had known of all these red flags beforehand. Business owners, please be aware and do your due diligence.
