Absolutely Outstanding HMO Management – Highly Recommend Colony Coliving We use Colony Coliving to manage our HMOs in Swansea, and I can honestly say they’ve been nothing short of amazing. Both Morgan and Matthew have proven themselves to be highly professional, responsive, and genuinely proactive agents. Vacant rooms that were previously sitting empty for months with other agents were filled in days — sometimes within a week. They’ve tackled maintenance issues that I initially thought were major problems, resolving them quickly and cost-effectively. What really stands out is how contactable and solution-focused they are — no chasing, no delays, just excellent service. Compared to previous agents (who frankly had no idea how to manage HMOs), the difference is night and day. The old management left beautiful, high-spec rooms empty for long periods and didn’t handle issues or offer out-of-hours support — meaning I ended up stepping in myself. Since switching to Colony, that stress has completely disappeared. They’re also always looking for ways to improve their service and have been a pleasure to work with. I have no intention of going elsewhere. Highly recommend to any landlord who wants proper, professional HMO management.
