I booked two days here in August and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better workspace. The place had everything I needed: easily accessible plug sockets, plenty of desk options, and strong WiFi with the login details clearly available. There were also side rooms for Teams and Zoom calls, all of which were clean, well maintained and really convenient. I was spoilt for choice when it came to refreshments too; filter coffee and tea upstairs, plus a super-convenient café downstairs. The app made everything incredibly easy, including being able to come and go using the door-unlock ‘key’ function. But what really stood out was the atmosphere. It’s a great space to work from, and I genuinely loved being there. I can’t rate it highly enough. The next time I need to book a workspace, I’ll definitely be coming back!

What a superb workspace. It's a beautiful old theatre, newly renovated. Lots of space, very fast wifi, and very helpful staff.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Tramshed Tech - 156 High Street provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Tramshed Tech.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Tramshed Tech may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
