So I’d walked past this beautiful old theatre many times, many whilst it was bordered up and abandoned. I stood and watched it burn as the fire brigade fought the fire that was to spark the regeneration and refurbishment of this beautiful building. I watched the renovation over time and now it’s open, I wanted to see how the hard work had paid off. The reverb had retained many of the original features and when I entered I was very warmly greeted by staff. I ordered a coffee and got speaking to staff about the fire and the refurbishment. One member so staff was kind enough to show me around. The place is tastefully decorated and offered space for hot-desking for people who work on the go or who may work from home and want a change of scenery. The coffee shop down stairs has a good menu and offers a wide range of snack and hot and cold drinks. There is even a small meeting room upstairs that can be hired for small private meetings. It’s ideally located just up the road from Swansea train station. There is parking available in the nearby multi storey car park next to the train station.

A superb experience for anyone looking for support and space to grow a business. Rhianydd and the team go well above expectations to help and the very competitive fees they charge are paid back several times over from the network, community and help they offer constantly.

Excellent co-working space in such a wonderful and historic building! So many versatile spaces and meeting rooms, too. The team at Tramshed Tech Swansea are SO lovely, especially Rhianydd - very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I came to the Palace for a taster day; enjoyed myself so much and the membership fees were so reasonable that I became a member shortly after. I am looking to increase my hours in the new year as it's such a lovely environment - with free teas and coffees while you work in the co-working space. Highly recommend!
