Fantastic quick easy process wonderful staff very happy with my new home
I have just sold my house and the amazing team at Smith's Homes, Sales & Lettings made a stressful experience that little bit easier. Robert was my first point of contact. He provided prompt and perceptive feedback after viewings. Shereen did a great job with the photos of the house for the sales website. Once an offer had been made Abid made sure things were moving along as they should. I am NEVER moving again, but if I was I'd definitely use these guys again.
We cannot thank the whole team enough for the way they supported us through what was an incredibly difficult and emotional sale. From the very beginning, every member of staff we dealt with were professional, compassionate, patient and understanding. The empathy and sensitivity shown to us as a family meant more than they will ever know. Everyone we came into contact with were a real credit to the business, and we always felt that we were treated with genuine care and respect. We are now very close to completing on a new property, and when the time comes to put our current family home on the market, we would have no hesitation in contacting them again.
