Fantastic office space with really friendly coworkers. The staff are amazing as well, Joanna and Leoni really go above and beyond to make sure people are looked after. The events such as the Life Drawing class is excellent as well. Very welcoming of everyone, regardless of talent (luckily for me!). Couldn’t speak highly enough of HoT, especially considering how new the space is, and look forward to see what’s coming up in the future!

I attended all the free Fridays in February, complete with yoga and a social hour. It’s a wonderful space and I get so much focus working in the quiet Grand Hall. It’s really important to me that I feel at ease in my working environment and this has been perfect. Joanna is receptive to feedback and people are nice and respectful. HOT was just what I needed!

I spent the morning at House of Toad and fell completely in love with the warm, welcoming atmosphere as well as the beautiful co-working and event spaces. There initially for a Creative Mornings event, it was brilliant to see and experience one of the spaces set up for a mid-scale networking event while other rooms were ready for heads-down deep work. I stuck about and got some much-needed quiet to get writing and admin done, loving the opportunity to nip into the social spaces to say hi and grab a coffee. Ben and Joanna were on hand for a chat, and it was brilliant hearing more about their plans to use the building to its full potential. Really recommend this space for writers who, like me, can be distracted easily by the demands of home and need to tune out the domestic noise. Also hoping to discuss running writing workshops of my own there, too.
