We are very sad to leave our lovely large office with beautiful cornicing after a happy 7 years of renting from Brian. We found Brian always available for any queries we had at the beginning of our tenancy. He is a lovely guy and goes the extra mile with his tenants. Fantastic location in Charing Cross with a lovely Cafe 2 mins away and the park on your doorstep too for a walk at lunch time. Brian - we'll miss you. Thanks for everything.

Helpful in viewing and answering questions when looking at the office, quickly produced a contract, and was supportive in helping to set up an intercom, and handover keys as a time which was most convenient for us. Can't recommend enough, professional and understanding landlord.
