Fantastic lounge with a great food selection and lovely relaxing atmosphere. A special mention to the staff that work in the lounge they were all polite efficient and showed a genuine pride in the lounge they work in. Will be my go to lounge when flying from Edinburgh... Well done and keep up the amazing work

A sigh of relief as I entered this lounge to see a clean space, comfortable seating, great food, and clean bathrooms! Bravo! Lounges in Italy - take notes!!! I particularly like the set up and dim lights. Reception helpful and friendly. Thank you! -weary traveler.

Péssimo atendimento. A recepcionista pediu para entramos na fila através do QR code, e que seria espera de aproximadamente 40 minutos. Esperei, passaram-se os 40 minutos e simplesmente a reserva caiu! Falta de respeito com cliente!

We wont be using this lounge again. We had to wait on a table for a food selection that was simply atrocious, the place was so overcrowded and noisy it was more like being in a working man’s social club, and not an executive airport lounge. Utterly disappointing!!! What a waste of £66. Oh! We had pre booked this suite, yet we’d never been informed it was so busy, or of such a low standard. Very shabbily run indeed. Maybe we should’ve aspired (pardon the pun) to using the premium lounge!!! (Not). Having said that though! Maybe a price hike would improve the quality of service, while removing its reputation from the greasy spoon or children’s gala level. You know! Aim for the clientele calibre, if you get my drift.
