Flughafen viel zur überfüllt.Alle Flüge werden nach hinten verschoben oder gecancelt.Weil es einfach viel zu wenig Gates für die vielen Flüge gibt.Das zeigt eine schlechte Organisation. Es sollte ein weiteres Terminal geben.

これまでは星５つの評価をしていましたが、2回連続で空港内の安全検査の機械で手荷物をスキャンするところで所持品がなくなったので、これは異常だと思います。いろいろな空港を利用していますが、こんなことは初めてです！スタッフが手荷物をスキャンする時に、盗んでいる可能性もあるのかもしれないと疑わざるを得ないです。 安全検査の機械が新しく変わってから、液体物やPCなどをわざわざカバンの中から取り出す必要がなくなり、利便性が向上しましたが、遺失物の発生確率が高まっていると感じています。 １度目は、荷物をスキャンするためにカゴに荷物を入れて、機械で荷物をスキャンした後、黒色のヘッドフォンが無くなっていることがわかりました。このときはスタッフに指摘したところ、どこからか見つけてくれたので手元に戻ってきましたが、次に空港を利用した時は、黒色のベルトが無くなりました。スタッフに指摘し、探してもらいましたが見つかりませんでした。ベルトが突然行方不明になったのです。結局、ベルト無しで旅行をしなければならなくなりました。 旅行からエディンバラに戻り、空港の遺失物を管理している事務所に行き、黒色ベルトをあるかと確認したところ、私が紛失した同じ日に３つの黒色ベルトが紛失していたことがわかりました。その３つのベルトの中には私のベルトは無かったので結局私のベルトは見つかりませんでした。 黒色の小物だけが、機械に吸い込まれてしまうのでしょうか？ まさか安全検査で荷物が無くなるとは思わないので、紛失に気が付かない利用者もいるかもしれません。 再発防止を検討してほしいです。
