How did you hear about us? I had been having treatments at The Full Spectrum Centre and always noticed how quiet, clean, conveniently located the building was - one day as I was leaving I noticed the sign on the side of the building, offices to rent from £200 and began to consider the possibility of renting a space. I made contact with Jade to ask about availability and pricing. How have you found the building management service? Outstanding! Jade was really responsive when I first made contact about renting an office, we spoke over the telephone and then made arrangements to meet in person to view the rooms. I originally was going to sign for a smaller office and emails were exchanged, Jade was really patient as I reconsidered and made the decision to take on the bigger office. Jade has always been approachable and quick to resolve any queries I have had - Jade sorted the internet out for me liaising with the previous landlord on my behalf, she ensured I had a desk/chair in the office I am renting, she responded to my emails about the small business rates query and offered further assistance if needed. A week into my agreement of renting the office I arrived to find 6 cupcakes on my desk - a festive treat and one that was completely unexpected and so lovely & thoughtful! When work was being carried out on the building outside my office Jade made contact to minimise any potential inconvenience to me. What do you like about working here? I love how conveniently the offices are located and that I have a space to park my car! I have settled really well and love coming into work - my office is warm and cosy, the building is clean, tidy and quiet which is really important to me working as a counsellor. It feels like a professional yet personable space and I love the links I can make with other professionals that share the building. I love that I can access the office at any time of day/night - it works so well for me being able to accommodate clients. I like the signing in board for safety - as a lone worker it feels good to know that other people would know if I was still in the building. Is there anything you would like to recommend to us that would benefit you/your team from working here? A lift! 🤣 (You did ask!) Joking apart, I can't at this point think of anything that would be of benefit to me working here. Would you recommend us to a friend? Absolutely, 100% - In terms of professionalism, approachability, locality, value for money, cleanliness, safety, fit for purpose.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Courthouse, who is more than happy to help out.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Courthouse.
