I've been visiting the centre for a few weeks on a course and I must say, I've loved it, friendly Staff, room we was in was warm and welcoming all facilities clean and tidy, I really hope the company hire a room here again for more courses and meeting for us to attend

I work in the building, and hygiene standards often drop during the day, especially after busy conference periods. The third-floor toilets are usually fine in the morning but can be messy by afternoon, and supplies like soap and hand towels typically run out. On a few occasions, the sanitary bins have been left overfilled, which is unpleasant and unhygienic. Shared areas can also become overcrowded and noisy, especially during conferences, making them hard to use at lunch. The lift is frequently out of order, which causes accessibility issues.

I can’t fault the cleaners that come in the morning, Tracy and Steve in the cafe or some of the maintenance staff but the reality is this building has 3 large conference rooms and the sustained high traffic has taken its toll on the toilets. Although they start the day clean they quickly become dirty, over run and lacking in soap. The disables access lift has been broken for the longest time which is of great concern. I do not feel I can bring clients to the building which is a deep shame.

Agree with last reviews, the place has really gone down hill. New onsite management (Walter I think) - unresponsive and unaware of how do deal with high traffic occupancy buildings. He pays lip service to any issues and have to wait weeks to even communicate back. Their "refer a friend" placards are everywhere and it's like Ryanair scratchcards. I'll refer a friend elsewhere. I'm embarrassed to bring clients cause it's grotty here and certainly isn't DDA compliant. They've installed parcel points in a fire exit escape route. Previous folks running site kept up with issues and resolved professionally & straight away, not anymore.

Where do I start. It it literally impossible to hire someone who may be disabled or suffer with limited mobility. The external lift outside as there is no access to the building The lift inside the building is out of use at least once per month. The 3rd floor toilets have been abandoned in comparison to the 1st floor men’s. The building is freezing cold, anyone would think they don’t want people to occupy the offices in winter. As tenants of the building we are constantly dealing with NHS staff and other delicates for space in the communal areas due to them being ransacked and left in disarray. We hoped that under the new management of Bizspace these things would improve although, I think it’s fair to say nothing has changed
