A very pleasant trip to the museum. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to visit all the floors but the WWII exhibition was lovely with many moving and sad stories. The staff were very friendly and the gift shop was nicely laid out. Some of the books were very expensive, I imagine they would sell more if they were able to obtain them at a better price.

Went to see Natural History museum wildlife photography exhibition. Feels like a coup for local museum. Saves expensive trip to London ! Very helpful assistant on entrance. Offered concession entrance as 60. Annual membership very cheap. War exhibition on. Local items including Sellafield. Lovely cafe attached. Children's quizes. Shop

This is a really GREAT museum, the Sellafield information was really thorough and interactive. The rest of the museum has VR headsets, games, puzzles, videos. The view from the gallery is really cool and the telescopes can see a mighty long way. We (two adults) were here for 4.5 hours and I didn't get bored of it at all. Kids wouldn't either.

We do like museums, and have been here 4 hours and still have not been able to tear ourselves away. Great cafe too!
