Lovely little space on the edge of the Lake District. Had to find somewhere to work while my electric was off for the day and booked a session in the co-working area. The space was warm and welcoming, with the staff offering warm drinks and biscuits for the people working there. Internet was speedy, no drop offs or issues connecting. Screens were available to use as well as printing services and stationery. With the lack of hot desks and rentable office spaces in West Cumbria, The Vicky is a much-needed local resource for workers!

What a fantastic space! From the moment I enquired, I've been met with friendly and welcoming communication. Booking is straightforward and supportive. The facility itself is warm, inviting, flexible and well-serviced, with all the amenities you'll need for co-working. I can't recommend The Vicky highly enough: it's a real gift to the community!

I was up from London and needed to get some coursework done. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided. It’s a lovely working space and everyone so met was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely use again if needed.

This is a brilliant place. I needed somewhere to work for the day and paid a very reasonable pay-as-you-go fee for the day. The gentleman who owns it is a kind, friendly chap who made me feel welcome and at home straight away. It is great to work in such a glorious, old, high-ceiling building, but the inside has been furnished in a colourful, modern way to make it ideal for working/meetings. Parking for the day in one of Cockermouth’s car parks was very easy and a 5 min walk away. There seems to be a lovely community of workers here - I’ll come back whenever I can and be sure to recommend it. Thank you
