I initially had a positive experience renting a unit from Wow Workspaces, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. The company began renting out units to anyone, probably our of desperation to fill the empty units, whereby people constantly leave. Several issues arose during my time there. Firstly, the state of the toilets was appalling, with one instance involving a discarded period pad left on a shelf. The management was aware of these problems, as one of them was part of the tenants' group chat, but unfortunately, she chose to ignore the situation rather than actively addressing it. Additionally, there was a serious incident where Wow Workspaces was robbed. If someone hadn't thought to call the police, we could have been in serious danger. I have video evidence of this event, and armed police even entered my unit during the search for the suspects. Despite this traumatic experience, Wow Workspaces failed to provide reassurance or apologize to the tenants. The lack of security measures also made the workspace vulnerable to potential threats, as anyone could bring in their friends, making us potential targets. The company also converted the free space upstairs into more units, which led to an influx of tenants' friends and girl/boyfriends. This overcrowding resulted in a filthy environment, with takeaways and mess left everywhere. Furthermore, parking was a nightmare, with Tariq Halal vans, deliveries, and customers blocking spaces. Selfish parking habits from other tenants added to the cramped and limited parking situation. The motion-sensor lights in the workspace were not suitable for the early dark hours, frequently turning off while I was trying to concentrate. This disrupted my workflow and became quite frustrating. The heating system also had limitations, shutting off around 11 pm and not starting again until 6:30 am. This became a problem during night shifts when the cold became unbearable. The thin walls in the workspace allowed us to hear our neighbors' conversations, footsteps on the stairs, and even vibrations from dropped items. The showers that were once available were removed, most likely due to leakage issues, which left unattractive brown stains on the entrance walls. The outside area and bins were also neglected, with overflowing bins and food remains scattered about, creating a messy environment. Despite these issues, there are a few positives worth noting. Bills, including water and electricity, were included in the rent. However, the sensory lights posed an annoyance during meetings. If tenants requested a switch instead, the management would suggest installing a meter in the unit. The WiFi service was reliable and included in the price, and 24-hour access to the workspace was convenient. Tenants were also allowed to decorate their units according to their liking, and trolleys were available for deliveries, provided they weren't hoarded or left with personal items by inconsiderate individuals. Unfortunately, Wow Workspaces has declined in quality, particularly after the robbery incident, and the lack of security measures apart from standard CCTV cameras is concerning. The company's decision to fill the units with anyone, regardless of their suitability, has contributed to the decline. It is disheartening to see that despite one member of the management team being aware of the problems through the group chat, no action has been taken. I strongly recommend that future tenants exercise caution when considering Wow Workspaces. It is crucial that they conduct thorough research and due diligence before committing to a space. Rental prices, at the beginning of the contract, we paid £1296 (excluding VAT) for our >600 sq ft unit. Increased ro £1400 (exc VAT Additionally, it seems that some people are actually living in the workspace units. We have noticed this because we have visited at various times, including as early as 4 am, and have seen individuals who appear to be residing there. -my review relfects the experience on behalf of v engravings (company).

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with BizSpace.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
