This place has disgusting toilets. The building manager doesn’t care. He’s been told so many times about the disgusting sewage smell on 6th floor coming from the female toilets but he doesn’t care. Do not rent an office in this place unless you like the smell of sewage. Forced to write this review as he’s a rude person who doesn’t care.

Another business that survives because of unbalanced supply / demand. From the top of my head, here are some of the issues - No AC (extreme hot even in days with outside temperature below 18) - Extremely battered furniture. - Poorly clean - Coffee machine always out of order - Kettle has never seen a descaler - Office rooms used as storage space (you pay for a office space to also look nice and you have to change the background of your meetings because your room looks too ugly) - Internet connection is just ok. - The lights in the dedicated rooms are very annoying. they switch off every 5 minutes and you have to be constantly moving the chair and body so it switches back on. At the end the space seems abandoned. No management whatsoever. The building itself, surroundings and views are nice, but that doesn't require any maintenance or minimum maintenance. I have requested my refund for deposit 3 months ago and so far nothing. This place is such a joke. Stay away if you can
