They say you have to be the best or the cheapest in business and sure store is neither helpful junior staff with a belligerent rude and ignorant management I had to threaten them with court action to get our deposit returned out of hours phone numbers don’t work You can find cheaper storage with no deposits locally to the stafford store The insurance is very expensive interestingly enough compared to other suppliers as the insurance is paid direct to sure store and there doesn’t appear to be a third part insurance company involved it does raise the question as to whether it’s insurance at all or just a way of increasing income. Overall the company appears to have a senior management team made up of three year olds who want everything their way and despite being almost begged to stay with them with the promise of things will get better it’s obvious the problems come right from director level So save yourself the grief and go somewhere else!
