Lovely, light plant-filled co-working space in central Bristol (5 mins walk from city centre in Stokes Croft). Come and work with a friendly hotchpotch of people - currently including an industrial designer, a journalist and a campaigner! Desks are generous sized and kettle is always on for a brew. Cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone wanting to (finally!) escape home working.

A fantastic working environment in Stokes Croft, the creative hub of Bristol. The space is great value for money and offers everything needed for my freelance Graphic Design business including a large desk, speedy internet, meeting area and a choice of local printers near by. The space is light and comfortable and for me it topped the list in comparison to other shared spaces I visited.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
25 Backfields Lane operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Urban Desk Space.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
