I wanted to like staying at this hotel as it seems very modern and has all the amenities you require, staff were polite and helpful. However it is unable to do the basic things right like a comfy bed for a good nights sleep, the mattress was rock solid and all the pillows were the same flat solid pillow I expected a place like this to have a couple of options. The corner sofa was more comfy to lie on. The location is great for public transport however this was also it's downfall, insufficient sound proofing by the windows meant the trains going every 5 minutes keep you awake, there is only a small window of 2am to 4 am where the trains aren't screeching past your window so I did not sleep the whole night. I wanted to be able to relax in the jacuzzi however only one jet was working and I was unable to find a locker which had a working lock which meant my belongings were not safe. I had no confirmation if the room came with breakfast or was told where i could get it if i wanted it. Only looking through the site does it allude to having to pay £25 for a cooked breakfast no option of a free continental breakfast which other hotels would have as standard. The site needs to be clearer as to whether there is parking all it says is 'self park' which means nothing only scrolling through various sites does it suggest to use local car parks. The Embankment Kitchen was great I did really enjoy my meal there and would recommend eating here, it was the only highlight of my stay. I would not stay here again.

My girlfriend and I went here recently. I found that my first impressions were overall good. The room was lovely and had just about everything you could ever need from it. The location was great. We loved the pool, hot tub, spa room, and the gym. The good things ended there. The staff were pretty rude for the most part. I don’t find it fair to complain about service in most cases, but this time was different. We found that one of our towels had a used plaster stuck to it. That is quite literally a health risk. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, we were met with blank stares. I was expecting more of a reaction and willingness to make up for it. I shouldn’t have had to ask for a new towel. The tone of a lot of the staff were rude and it was just insulting to me in a way. We also were told that our room had breakfast included when we arrived, and when we went to breakfast, the staff there was a bit condescending when telling us that we didn’t have it included and to leave. The bed was a lot smaller than I expected as hotels of a similar price have had bigger beds. The bed we had was also rock hard. I also wasn’t a fan of the TV because they advertised it as having so many channels, but most of them aren’t even showing anything. That was a bit misleading. There were blackout drapes, but no way to blackout the rest of the room. I was also shocked that there were no complimentary things in the room. I’ve been to worse rated and lower priced hotels and gotten a lot more as far as that goes. The coffee maker was so annoying too. For a five star hotel with a very high price, I expected a lot more from it. I didn’t dislike it as there were a lot of pros that we enjoyed, but the cons disappointed me very much. I wouldn’t recommend it to people who can get a room but probably shouldn’t be paying for it. If you have the money and you like how it looks, I think it’s definitely for you though.

TLDR: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. GO TO THE HYATT FOR CLEANER CONDITIONS AND MORE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I honestly cannot believe the service here or that this place has five stars as an establishment. We arrived around 9:30, after a long drive. When we arrived in our room, we noticed the sofa was stained but we were willing to overlook that as we were tired so started to get ready to shower and go to sleep as we had an early flight in the morning. When we went to use our bath mat, it had a used bandaid stuck to it! Repulsive. When we took it down to show the concierge at the desk he claimed that was unacceptable and that housekeeping would change the mat. We then thought to check the bed linens and were appalled to see that they were dirty and covered in long black hairs and debris. These sheets looked like they had not been changed since the last tenant. We complained again and were told housekeeping was coming and that no other rooms were available. Housekeeping never showed so we went down to the front desk and said we were leaving to find another place to stay as this was unacceptable. When we requested a refund they said we'd have to take it up with booking.com where we'd made the reservation and refused to let us speak to the manager. After getting to the Hyatt (SO much cleaner and comfortable) we tried to call them. They feigned that they could not hear us and then hung up on us and refused to answer further calls. Then they rejected our refund request through booking.com. We've bee trying to chase them down for days about this. It's honestly shocking. Please be advised if you decide to stay here... Absolutely unprofessional behavior and appalling standards of hygiene. See pictures attached of the mat and linens. EDIT: It is not allowing me to upload photos here but please see my review on tripadvisor for clear images.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with CitySuites, who is more than happy to help out.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
