Used Bloc for a full day of co-working with a colleague, including a mix of focused work and online calls. The space is well thought through. Plenty of seating, strong Wi-Fi throughout, and a layout that makes it easy to get your head down without feeling boxed in. The kitchen area is a nice touch, and the coffee shop on site is genuinely excellent rather than just convenient. Staff were welcoming and helpful without being overbearing, which makes a difference over a full day. Shout out to Kate who facilitated the booking. This will be my default go-to space in Manchester going forward.

Excellent service in the cafe by a lovely young guy who, despite needing to close the cafe at the normal time, offered to stay around for a bit longer, as I had a Zoom call after an event in the building and hadn't realised they closed at 4PM! 10/10 and a huge thank-you!

Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Bruntwood to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
-
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
-
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

With a monthly membership, Bruntwood - King's House offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
