Warwick district council are appalling. I paid for a ticket at Covent garden carpark to which the machine provided a ticket, lowing behold the machine was not actually working and gave a void ticket which I never noticed, I raised this straight away to Warwick District council after I received a penalty charge notice notifying them of this, with every proof i actually went to pay for the parking they still would not waive this charge. Warwick District Council need to sort themselves out as this is basically robbing people because they cant do their job properly by making sure their machines are in full working order, and also cant provide any evidence to support their Penalty Notice. Its an absolute shambles.

Council tax goes up every but we get poorer services no main council office in Leamington anymore just this useless hub, you can't even get a face to face meeting everything is done over the phone, but what if you have phone anxiety and can't get your words out? Well tough you won't be able to talk to somebody and good luck getting somebody to respond to an email.

Poor customer support. It takes a lot of digging to find out the phone number to call for a specific service, only for the system to ask the filtering questions again. After all that, there is no response in the middle of a work day. No option to leave a voice note, no call back. If you cannot reach them, they don't care, less work for them!

Evicted me after 15 years for having a nervous breakdown. Killed my pet budgie, stole my cash and property. Evicted me for Autism and referred to my autism as unnaceptable behaviour, local social services and county council are putting together a sue on my behalf with an expected £150,000 pay out. This is the issue fellow taxpayers, Warwick DC breach equality laws and regulations, and then have to pay out hundreds of thousands, causing as much distress as they can in the process. This is why we are all broke, irresponsible and abusive public spending. Literally evicted for Autism. And they got away with it, no amount of money can truly undo the trauma, and long term psychological damage caused by Warwick DC housing staff. It's named individuals who made this attack upon me, not system or tenancy issues, named individuals trying to prove points, well I fully understand the point, I'm better than you as a human being!? They do continue to send discriminatory emails, however social services and the police have issued them a warning. Yes, this is about Warwick dc. I know it's shocking.
At Spencer Yard, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are also available.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with WDC.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with WDC, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
