Great for co-working! The spaces have a nice atmosphere and are well-maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Looks nice high tech on advertisement - came to check for a Board meeting. But staff is rude and nosey. I am disabled - I was seating next door on the stairs - waiting for a friend - the arrogant staff approach me saying people live next Door and may use the stairs. It was not his business - just trying to degrade me. In a Normal place real people would have offered that I can seat inside. Leamington is changing like the rest of England - those businesses that couldn’t tolerate multicultural UK - are unlikely to survive I suggest to all to Take their business elsewhere. Possibly on the Terrace.

This is a real gem! I have not come by meeting rooms quite like it, there are usually compromises to be made when finding suitable meeting rooms but with this there are none. The rooms are immaculate and all needs are catered for. Staff are mindful and anticipate your needs and are always accommodating and flexible. There is free tea and coffee which makes the whole experience much more relaxing. I particularly love all the thoughtful touches in the rooms and the facilities. Many thanks for all that you have provided so far!

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Meet By The Park, who is more than happy to help out.

At Meet By The Park - 11 Dormer Place, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
-
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Meet By The Park.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
