OneCoWork is a fantastic community of business owners. There's a large variety of spaces for every need. The team at OCW is really lovely and supportive. The events they put on are really fun and make it easy to network with everyone else in the building.

Having travelled around the world with my work from big cities like Paris, to tropical islands like Bali, I have tried many different co-working spaces : and the OneCoWork at Winckley Square is genuinely in my top 5. The space is well designed, clean and welcoming. The community is lovely. The facilities are great. The location is really well positioned for any kind of commute : train, driving, walking. Close to all the amenities of Preston, yet peacefully located near Avenham park for lunchtime walks. All-in-all, 10/10 office away from home, that makes being self-employed a little more connecting.

Our group of 10 were housed very comfortably in a room downstairs which was well soundproofed. We booked a room from 9am to 5pm, and it had excellent facilities in the room and kitchen nearby. Toilets were clean and tidy, which is important too. Coffee machine was good. Kitchen has plenty of choice and the recycling bins had good signage and weren't overflowing.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with OneCoWork, who is more than happy to help out.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with OneCoWork.
