The focal point is the glazed atrium at the centre of the building which houses our communal breakout areas, perfect for relaxing and networking (view the 360° tour here). Being next door to West Strand Business Park, we have a gym, nursery and supermarket on our doorstep, as well as free parking, all within a mile of the city centre.

We have had many office and warehouse rentals over the years and this experience has by far been the best. We’ve been in the Preston site for over 2 years and have been really impressed with the unit. Nothing is too much trouble for Kirstie and the team, always on hand to help - whether it’s arranging a meeting room, printing documents, greeting guests or any minor DIY. Kirstie has always gone above and beyond for us and we’d highly recommend. They’ve also spent a considerable amount renovating the facilities, so the place always feels very well kept and somewhere you’re comfortable brining customers.
