The men’s toilets on the third floor are in very poor condition. They’re only clean in the mornings, and throughout the day the urinals often leak, there are unpleasant stains left in the toilets, and people even brush their teeth in the sinks. The situation becomes even worse during conferences, when all the toilet paper runs out and the area is left in a complete mess. What makes this more disappointing is the stark contrast with the first-floor toilets. Those are beautifully maintained, clean, wallpapered, and have large mirrors — it genuinely feels like a completely different place. Comparing the two floors is like comparing the slums to paradise. It’s a real shame that different floors receive such different levels of care and attention. The third floor deserves the same standard as the first.

The toilets on floor 3 at Earl Business centre are an embarrassment and have become worse since Biz Space took over. The urinals have been leaking for over a month (we are in at the end of November 25), the taps won’t turn off properly, two out of three soap dispensers are not filled, tissue and paper towels are everywhere and there is no means to sanitise a toilet seat before using it. Staff constantly complaining about it, can not bring customers back in case the want to use the toilet. With all of the conferences there are not enough toilets.
