The storage facility itself is clean and well-maintained, but I initially had some issues with two managers regarding how certain situations were handled. I felt uncared for as a customer, as if the only thing that mattered was receiving my payment, regardless of my actual needs. Because of that, I originally left a 1-star review. However, this prompted a response from the main office, which reached out to me, corrected everything that had gone wrong, and even went the extra mile to retain me as a customer. This completely changed my overall experience. I was also later contacted by the local manager, and the lost trust was successfully reestablished.

Paul (at the Storage Giant head office in Nottingham) has been very prompt in responses and getting quotes to us. He had taken over from the previous representative who had left the business. Paul has been very helpful with my queries via WhatsApp chat and over a phone call. I would highly recommended Paul for all your storage needs queries.
