A former Victorian lace factory and warehouse, the site has been fully renovated into a quality business centre. It contains 53 business units arranged over five floors, with individual units ranging from 70 – 9,500 square feet (8 – 414 square metres). Therefore, we have space to suit a variety of sized businesses and our flexible, one-page licence allows you to adapt the terms to suit your needs.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with BizSpace.
