Highly disappointing. Booked 8 in at a cost of the equivalent of £600. Was not allowed in and had to work from lobby as one member did not have ID. Yet the funny thing is if I spent another £700 for an office room for the day they would have been allowed in. Jacob explained this and I found him very non understanding and quite patronising. Highly disappointing considering how good the rest of the we works are run.
