Great location if you want to explore London. Just a 7-minute walk from Stratford station. From Zone 3, you can easily travel to Zone 1 within London by train. Don't use a standard train ticket from the counter. Using a credit or debit card at the ticket machines is automatically much cheaper. Regarding the hotel: By German standards, it would be a solid 3 stars. It's well-maintained, with some signs of wear and tear in the rooms, but everything is tidy. Very friendly staff. Parking in the underground garage is available for a few pounds extra, which is a good deal in London, as parking options are limited. Roomz is recommended. There's also a late-night convenience store right around the corner for snacks. Pubs and restaurants are also just a 3-5 minute walk away.

Not giving five star as I didn’t get the room I booked for, rather a downgrade. Which happened because I booked through a third party. Apart from that lovely stay, very safe and welcoming fit solo travel. I got a Neo studio instead of smart studio but I enjoyed my stay still. Booking on a Sunday will get you a good deal.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The receptionist, Drilon, was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. After a long and tedious journey, he really lifted both mine and my partner's spirits with his friendly attitude and positive energy. He took the time to recommend some excellent places to eat around Stratford and provided all the information we needed to feel safe, comfortable, and well-informed during our stay. His outstanding customer service made a lasting impression on me and truly enhanced our experience. I will definitely be coming back here on my next visit to London. Thank you, Drilon, for making us feel so welcome.

Perfect hotel, very convenient for a trip to London Stadium, just 30 mins walk. The hotel is sitting next to a lovely green/open space. Great views of the tip of the shard and Olympic Park The hotel itself is pristine, room 503, accessible room was spotless. Kitchen was great, well equipped and the bathroom/wet room was very spacious. Parking, under the hotel was available at early check-in, it's very secure and clean car park. The bed was very comfy and 2 pillows each. Bedding and towels spotless. Free coffee is lovely Free croissant at breakfast was ideal to start the journey home. We will certainly look out for Roomzzz when we are away, just need a few more of them across the country.

Great location in London. Rooms self contained with fridge, stove top and ensuite. Some have views of park and towards O2 Arena. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Central and easy access from Stratford Station to London. 10 minute walk to station with various tube and train locations. Variety and diversity of different restaurants and cafes around the area. Huge Westfield centre beside Stratford Station. Free coffee machine and crosoint avaliable from 6am for your stay. Small cafe with coffee and snacks avaliable to purchase. Very confortable beds.
